Shipping & Handling

All orders will be shipped via USPS ground or Priority Mail. Because our products are made-to-order, we have a 7-12 day fulfillment period. Should items purchased be available and on hand, shipment may be processed immediately.

For all other orders, please allow 1-2 week delivery upon purchase confirmation. 

Returns & Exchanges

Terms & Conditions

Returns are only accepted within 15 days of the original ship date. All returns must be sent back in original packaging and must be unaltered or damaged based on their original ship state. Original tags must be attached to the product(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to company error.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

We aim to source all the materials used to craft our products from manufacturers based in the U.S. Based on the nature of our products and the minimal amount of materials needed, and this proves to be sustainable to provide the highest quality to last with care.
WHO MAKES YOUR PRODUCTS?

All of our products are made on our farm in Cherryfield, Maine by Norma Jeane. Norma is an artist and illustrator who spent 30+ years using her wit and love for storytelling as a writer in Los Angeles. In 2013, she hung up her hat in the writer's room to move to rural Maine to balance out the decades of sunshine and heat of Southern California with the freezing winters of New England. Norma continues to write but on her own accord while crafting our products and her illustrations and is currently working on writing and illustrating a children's book or two.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TETHERMADE PRODUCTS?

Love is the first step. However, we know that accidents happen, and sometimes normal use may require some care. We highly recommend spot cleaning with warm water on a cloth– the use of a non-abrasive, bleach-free cleaning agent or stain remover may also be used.
ARE TETHERMADE PRODUCTS MACHINE-WASHABLE?

If spot cleaning doesn't do the trick, our products are made from 100% natural cotton cord and thread, which can be machine-washable. If needed, machine-wash on delicate with cold water and a natural detergent. Colored detergents may leave some unwanted change in colors on the products. To dry, skip the dryer and let the product air dry. Some reshaping of the product may be needed after the wash.
